What you’ll do

We are looking for a content creator with experience in creating emails, blogs, social posts for B2B companies. Our audience comprises senior business leaders across the retail industry, and the role requires the ability to craft compelling content tailored to this audience.

In deep collaboration with the Sales, you will create and refine content to support all aspects of Heyday’s B2B Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts -  using content to help sales teams generate demand and nurture leads to conversion. You will also be the lead for all initiatives relating to content production, from ghostwriting for thought leadership, website content, to building out sales collaterals.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Develop and deliver customized content for all Heyday ABM efforts, this includes persona-driven emails, blog posts, social media posts, landing page content etc.
  • Master the Heyday Ideal Persona for outreach and craft killer content that speaks to their needs and interests on a personal level
  • Conceptualize, write, edit and produce multi-format content to generate leads and nurture prospects while ensuring full alignment with sales goals.
  • Take charge of the Heyday brand voice, casting a critical eye on all outgoing content from PR, product related content to social media, paid ads and more. 
  • Build conversion friendly content for website landing pages
  • Contribute to event and sponsorship content development
  • Creating highly differentiated content that speaks to users at various points in the customer journey 
  • Ensuring all outgoing content is optimized for SEO
  • Building and presenting monthly reports to track progress on key objectives

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in B2B content writing is required with a minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, retail or AI 
  • Previous experience managing social media for B2B companies
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines 
  • Razor-sharp organizational skills and an ability to maintain strong production processes 
  • Autonomous learning habits and a desire to self-educate on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Heyday’s technology 
  • Ability to connect the dots across various sources of data to develop and iterate on plans
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to: marketing, product owners, graphic and user experience designers, sales reps, and more
  • Mastery of the English language - and if you speak French too, it’s even better!
