What you’ll do

As a Customer Success Manager you’ll work with cutting edge technology and a powerful product to help quality clients.

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. 
  • Analyse and present data which will allow you to develop strategies with your clients in order to attain their objectives and improve the success of our clients.
  • Use your strong technical knowledge to train new and current clients on our product.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and communicate common customer behaviours to the sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with different teams to be part of the continuous improvement of our chatbots, dashboard an AI.

 

What you’ll need

  • At least 5 years in a Customer Management role dealing with tech products and / or in the tech industry. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills which you use to develop strong client relationships.
  • Able to communicate in English and French, any additional language being a huge plus!
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and an open and collaborative attitude while solving complex problems.
  • Being comfortable with Jira and Hubspot is considered a huge plus!
