Who you'll be working with

What you’ll do

  • Plan and execute a range of digital marketing initiatives with internal teams and agency partners, including but not to be limited to, social media, content production, campaigns, website updates, email marketing and events’ logistics
  • Finding, evaluating and coordinating all events and webinar
  • Define, coordinate and execute the pre and post event playbook to ensure each event (that we participate to or lead organization) is successful and effective
  • Finding and evaluating sponsorship opportunities
  • Liaising between speaker and sponsors
  • Build social media plans for priority events, in order to ensure we’re engaging pre, during, and post events
  • Outline and execute a social strategy designed to generate new traffic and leads across all of our platforms
  • Overseas event budget and spending
  • Handling PR, press coverage, interview booking, guest blog opportunities
  • Build and engage a multi-channel social media community 
  • Collaborate with graphic designers in the creation of visual content (e.g. images, videos media kits and business proposals)
  • Develop and maintain calendars related to industry events


What you’ll need

  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Public relation or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B, ideally in SaaS
  • You need to love people! Since you’ll have to work with multiple partners, sponsors and guests.
  • You need to be an organization jedi. As you will be juggling multiple events, webinars, inbound communication.
  • You need to be a great communicator. Marketing, promoting our event as well as social media management across multiple platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to: marketing, sales, graphic and user experience designers, sales reps, and more
  • Bilingual (fluent in French & English, both oral and written)
