What you’ll do

As the apps and websites that we use become increasingly complex, the need for clear guidance within them also grows. This is why we have decided to create a UX Writer role to give our users the most natural and fluid experience

As such, you will be responsible for crafting the copy that appears throughout the interface of our digital products and some support documentation. This includes a variety of types of writing such as 

  • Conversational design
  • Product naming
  • Microcopy (like  the text on buttons, menus, error messages, and more), 
  • Onboarding email sequences for our users
  • Technical documents such as release notes or feature documentation. 

To do this, you will have to deeply understand our product and our users.

What you’ll need

  • 3-5 years of writing experience, whether that is UX writing, technical writing or content marketing
  • Experience in B2B businesses ideally with SaaS products, complex platforms, ecommerce tools or AI 
  • Mastery of the English and French language
  • Razor-sharp organizational skills and an ability to maintain strong production processes 
  • A detail-oriented approach to ensure consistency across products
  • Autonomous learning habits and a desire to self-educate on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Heyday’s technology 
  • A basic understanding of the development process, and some level of tech savviness (we are an AI company after all!) 

In other words, you are a motivated autonomous, detailed-oriented professional person who loves teamwork and solving problems within and across teams. Above all, you love changes and a dynamic work environment!
